Testing conducted by Apple in October 2019 using pre-production 2.4GHz 8-core Intel Core i9–based 16-inch MacBook Pro systems with 64GB of RAM and 4TB SSD.Tested with DaVinci Resolve Studio 16 using 10 common effects and a 10-second UHD project at 3840x2160 resolution and 24 frames per second. Tested with Unity 2018.3.6f1 using Book of the Dead demo, at 1440x900 resolution.

Pre-release Adobe Photoshop 2020 21.0.0 tested using a 12.5GB file and rotate, unsharp mask, auto color and scale functions.

Individual tracks were enabled during playback until CPU became overloaded. Tested using Logic Pro X 10.4.7 with project consisting of 253 tracks, each with an Amp Designer plug-in instance applied.
